Blackle it!

Today, a colleague introduced me to Blackle. It's Google, only darker. Conducting searches on Blackle will give you the same great information you find on Google, but since Blackle's screens are predominantly black, you'll also be conserving energy. If you're planning a wedding, chances are, you're spending a lot of time on Google searches. If you're planning an environmentally conscious wedding, here's a great way to add another "green" element to your plans. If you're not, here's a great way to relieve some of the guilt of destroying the planet. If your eyes can stand it. I couldn't last more than five minutes on Black Google, but I think it's so cool that I must pass it along.

There are around 25 different versions of “black google” online. The best one I’ve found is www.cleanblack.com. Cleanblack is the only version that allows you to change the text colors of the google search results. Try it yourself by going to www.cleanblack.com/theme/
