Dining in the dark

There's a new craze hitting major US cities from across the pond. It's called Dark Dining. In need of an ice-breaker for your next dinner party? then consider blind folding your guests. Promoters of Dark Dining say that its the ultimate journey for the emotions. "When people are set in complete darkness for a couple of hours, they experience a world of sensitivity they've never experienced before" - the flavors and textures of the food, the scent of the floral centerpieces, the sound of the band's instruments - "their inhibitions break down and conversations become more joyful." Yeah, baby!
